Media Production Team Member

Fast-growing, Asheville-based, non-profit is hiring for 2 new full-time independent contractor positions for its Media Team!

Candidates for these positions should live in or near the Asheville area. The ideal candidates will have strong communication and a passion for animal rights and welfare, as well as passion for documentary and news-style storytelling, and fun, educational content. As a remote position without a home-base, excellent communication and teamwork are vital skills for candidates joining the media team.

Ideally, potential candidates should be experienced and proficient with:

• Filming in documentary-like scenarios (Black Magic experience is a PLUS!)
• Editing Video in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Customizing video content for wide range of Social Media platforms
• Flexible availability for occasional fast-response “breaking news” style stories
